3. Setup & Activation

✔ A once-off setup fee is required to build and configure your system.

✔ Setup begins after payment is received and required information is submitted

✔ Typical delivery time is 24–72 hours

✔ Delays may occur if required information is not provided

4. Subscription & Billing

✔ Certain services operate on a monthly subscription.

✔ Subscription fees are billed in advance

✔ Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Paddle, PayPal)

✔ Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension of services

5. No Guaranteed Results

While our systems are designed to improve lead capture, response time, and conversion, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or business outcomes.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

✔ Provide accurate and complete business information

✔ Maintain access to required systems (calendar, phone, CRM if applicable)

✔ Use the service in a lawful and ethical manner

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Refund Policy

✔ Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

✔ Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle

✔ No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Jane Automations shall not be liable for :

✔ Loss of revenue or business opportunities

V Missed leads or communication failures

V Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
